The two Holiday houses are located on a beautiful quiet hillside, on the edge of the forest, in Garmisch. The center of Garmisch is within approx. 5 minutes walking distance. Skiers and hikers reach the lifts and mountain railway in five minutes by car. Directly from the apartments the most beautiful hiking paths lead to a high level plateau, the "Kramerplateau".

All apartments are fully equipped with a separate living room, cable TV with a large selection of programs ( some English programs), kitchen with dishwasher, some with microwaves, one or two bathrooms, toilets, and always a spacious balcony or terrace. All flats offer a superb view to the impressive summit of the "Zugspitze" mountain. All holiday apartments have new and comfortable solid-wood furniture.
